This page contains the Terms and Conditions for holiday packages and stays at Tiberia Retreat.<\/p>\n

General Terms and Conditions \u2013 Tiberia Retreat<\/h5>\n
1. Subject<\/h5>\n

These General Terms and Conditions govern booking and stay arrangements at Tiberia Retreat, a tourist apartment located in Sperlonga.<\/p>\n

2. Capacity of the property<\/h5>\n

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including children.
This limit may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.<\/p>\n

3. Minimum stay<\/h5>\n

The minimum length of stay is as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 3 nights throughout the year<\/li>\n
  • 7 nights in July and August<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Any exceptions are at the discretion of the property and must be agreed in advance.<\/p>\n

    4. Booking and contract conclusion<\/h5>\n

    Requests submitted via the website constitute availability inquiries and are not binding.<\/p>\n

    A booking is considered confirmed only after:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • written confirmation from the property<\/li>\n
    • payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the stay (if required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      5. Prices and payments<\/h5>\n

      Prices are expressed in euros and may vary depending on season and availability.<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Deposit: at the time of confirmation<\/li>\n
      • Balance: within 14 days before arrival or at check-in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        6. Cancellation policy<\/h5>\n
          \n
        • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date<\/li>\n
        • After this period, the deposit may be partially refunded within 14 days from the stay date<\/li>\n
        • In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay may be charged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          7. Check-in and check-out<\/h5>\n
            \n
          • Check-in: from 3:00 PM<\/li>\n
          • Check-out: by 11:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Any changes must be subject to availability and agreed in advance.<\/p>\n

            8. Property rules<\/h5>\n

            To ensure respect for the property and the peace of the residential environment, guests agree to follow these rules:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; it is allowed only in outdoor areas, where available<\/li>\n
            • Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed<\/li>\n
            • Quiet hours must be respected, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM<\/li>\n
            • Access is allowed only to registered guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              9. Guest obligations and responsibilities<\/h5>\n

              Guests are required to:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • use the property and furnishings with care<\/li>\n
              • comply with building regulations and applicable laws<\/li>\n
              • compensate for any damage caused to the property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                10. Security deposit<\/h5>\n

                The property reserves the right to request a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property condition.<\/p>\n

                11. Pets<\/h5>\n

                Pets are only allowed with prior authorization.<\/p>\n

                12. Tourist tax<\/h5>\n

                In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Sperlonga, a tourist tax applies.<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Amount: \u20ac2.50 per person per night<\/li>\n
                • Application: according to municipal limits<\/li>\n
                • Possible exemptions: as provided by current regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid on site.<\/p>\n

                  13. Limitation of liability<\/h5>\n

                  The property is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings<\/li>\n
                  • temporary interruption of services (electricity, water, internet) not directly attributable to management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    14. Acceptance of terms<\/h5>\n

                    Submitting a booking request and\/or confirming a booking implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
